RSGC ACES: Introduction to PCB Design with EAGLE

Session 1

  1. It's a fabulous time to be working in this electronics space. Consider our recent Spectrum Analyzer Project used two input devices, the microphone from Adafruit and audio jack from Sparkfun. Both open source companies freely offer their EAGLE design files for users to customize if they wish.

Adafruit's MAX9814 Electret Microphone Sparkfun's 3.5mm Audio Jack Breakout Board

  2. Next, review our current Inventory of Custom ACES' PCBs created by ACES that have gone before you. You are about to add to this amazing archive...
  3. There are certainly other free and terrific CAD Design software application avaiable for download (KiCAD, Fritzing, EasyEDA, Pad2Pad to name a few) but until the major suppliers switch, we'll stick to Eagle, too. and install AutoDesk's EAGLE PCB Design Application
