ICD2O Minute Minder Project: BCD to 7-Segment

The dual 8-4-2-1 output of the previous stage (BCD Counter) provides the input to the two CD4511 BCD to 7-Segment Decoder ICs.
The 7-segment outputs from each IC provide inputs to the four current limiting resistor networks in the final Display stage.
Pins 4 (Blanking test) and 5 (Lamp Test) should be held high for normal operation.
Pin 6 (Latch Enable or Store) should be tied to low for normal operation.
