Friday January 10, 2014. TEL3M FINAL EXAM
- Please arrive to Ketchum Hall at 1:15. The exam will start at 1:30 pm and end at 2:50 pm (80 minutes). The last 10 minutes between 2:50 pm and 3:00 pm will enable all ERs to be submitted to handin, all circuits and extra wire kits to be collected.
- You are to bring the following into the exam,
- your fully charged laptop
- your up-to-date Engineering Report (ER.docx)
- your Evil Genius workbook and organized toolkit
- your working prototype of the circuit that displays a 10-digit count on the 7-segment display (to be precise, 10 decimal digits followed by blank stretch for the counts 10-15 that your 4516 ignores)
- pencil and paper, just in case.
- Task. You will be asked to modify your circuit. You will be given all necessary instructions and additional components, that include a 9V battery and battery clip.
- Final details will be provided in class.
- Preparation
- Read the previous two exams to gauge the length and breadth of expectations. These links can be found on our home page. Your exam will follow a similar format.
- Review your ER and ensure that ALL of my previous comments have been addressed.
- Reread all the Feedback emails in our TEL3M Subject Conference in First Class to remind yourself of the expectations for your ER submissions.
